This is not a standard intake form. Unit 153 sits on the fifteenth floor of a 1962 Googie tower on the National Register, and the design has to answer to the building, to your collection, and to how you actually live.

Answer in fragments. A single word or a place name is more useful than a paragraph. Skip anything that doesn't land — a blank is information too. Contradict yourself freely; the tensions are usually where the design lives. If a question makes you think of a specific room, photograph, or object, name it.
